Any unauthorised use of game content is a violation of the relevant studio's intellectual property rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, de777 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the de777 Platform, even if de777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

de777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to the Platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits de777's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by de777's negligence.
